TIP #10 Class Disruption- Positive Challenge
A disruptive student is looking for attention due to a lack of attention in other places. Challenging a disruptive student to assist in the classroom by helping a peer that needs support allows them to feel appreciated, noticed and provides the attention they are desiring. 🔥🔥🚀

TIP #9 No Friends- Public Acknowledgement
​Many students go through a phase where they feel isolated and alone. As a leader in the school, your friendship with the student becomes transferrable. That student now has credibility with their peers. This allows them to build new and improved friendships and relationships. Let's be the friend we all wished we had growing up! 🎯🎯🎯

TIP #8 Trust Issues - Becoming Relatable

Through this small gesture, students will see you in a new light! Students are so used to being put in a "child's place" that they feel inadequate around adults resulting in trust issues and feeling voiceless. It's time to build a custom relationship by meeting them where they are at.  Let's empower our students to trust us by becoming relatable and connected. ♥️♥️🎯

TIP #7 Bad Attitude - Student Empowerment

Ensure students have a positive attitude by shifting their attitude and mindset. Exemplify the positive attitude and energy towards them. Like it or not we become the inner voice they hear even when they leave the school. WORDS HAVE POWER. Let's empower our students to be the positive person we know they deserve to be. ♥️♥️💯

TIP #6 Peer Pressure - Reinforce Leadership
​By highlighting skills and examples of leadership the student has displayed you are building that student up to know that you see it in them. Children remember and embrace the words you say to them. Let's reinforce that we know they are leaders and not followers! 🔥🔥🚀

TIP #5 Not Engaging -Building Rapport
By getting to know more about that unengaged student's interest you build a relationship in which they seek your approval and support! Children always remember how you make them feel so let's be a reminder that someone cares and believes in them! 🔥🔥🚀

Positive Reinforcement
Every scholar must realize how important and valuable they are. Together let's work to eliminate tardiness by reassuring students that we look forward to seeing them and need them in the classroom on time. Let's Go!!!🔥🔥🚀
