Allow me to assist your group in achieving our mutual goal of helping our next generation reach their full potential! As a kid born into poverty and my dad being incarcerated I dealt with a ton of anxiety and depression due to the bullying at school. I eventually overcame the peer pressure of the streets and created my own path. I can relate to today's youth because I've experienced their struggles.

  • "R.E.A.L Relationships v2.0" ~ Respect Effort Action Love ~ This is an interactive experience that helps staff members strengthen relationships and gain understanding of differences all while providing a caring community to support culture and climate. This professional training will be informative, interactive and motivational including pre-assessment, digital resource powerpoint, onsite/virtual workshop, personal and group challenges, effective communication training, small group activities, handout materials, post-assessment and 30-day follow-up. --Culture & Climate, Equity Diversity and Inclusiveness (1.5 -2 hr) virtual or onsite​

  • "C.R.E.W" ~ Career Readiness Exposure Workshop ~ You're fired!...Unless you know how to be apart of a crew. This session equips educators with the tools to effectively assist young adults develop and successfully apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to prepare students for workspace and college expectations. Includes supportive handouts, digital resource powerpoint, workplace trivia, small group challenges, and best interviewer award.​ --SEL, Equity Diversity Inclusiveness. Staff members, 1 session (1.5-2 hr) virtual or onsite.  ​
 
  • "E.Q.U.A.L ~ Effort. Question. Understand. Action. Love" - This course empowers school staff to create a welcoming and inclusive school community.  It covers topics such as cultural awareness, recognizing and addressing bias, and promoting equity and respect.! This in an Interactive training assisting staff to include and involve people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds. No matter genders, sexual orientations, financial status etc. Staff will also provide equal access to opportunities and resources for staff/ students who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized. --Equity Diversity Inclusiveness, Staff members, 1 session (1.5-2 hr) virtual or onsite.  
 
  • "W.H.Y" ~ When, How, Y ~  (When did you start?, How did this happen? & Y is this me?) ~ Career Reconnection ~ This session re-equips educators and staff members with the connection to their life's purpose and defeat work burnout. Staff will learn effective techniques that will relight their flame within and gain tools to develop and successfully apply the knowledge, attitudes, and skills necessary to live their life's purpose! --Social and Emotional Learning, Staff members, 1 session (2 hr) virtual or onsite
 
  • ABC's of Bullying ~ Abolish Behavior with Character - Bullying prevention training: Identifying and addressing bullying in the school setting. This course helps school staff members recognize and address bullying in the school environment. It focuses on identifying (bullying vs. drama) and responding to different types (physical, social & cyber) of bullying, as well as proactive strategies for preventing bullying in the first place. Staff will learn of resources and practices to provide to parents to correct behavior in the home. 1 session (1.5 hr) onsite
 
  • Positive Vibes Only ~ Creating positive school climates through positive behavior interventions and supports training. This course provides school staff members with an understanding of positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS). It covers topics such as creating a positive school climate, identifying and addressing problem behaviors, and developing individualized plans for students.

  • "Unleashing Your Team's Potential: A Comprehensive Guide to Teamwork Training" This training will help employees learn to collaborate and work together to achieve team goals. Topics may include active listening, conflict resolution, team dynamics, and communication strategies.
 
  • "The Leadership Challenge: Unlocking the Keys to Success" This training will help employees develop the skills and knowledge needed to become effective leaders. Topics may include communication, problem-solving, decision-making, delegation, and team building.
 
  • "Creating an Inclusive and Diverse Workplace: Training for School District and Department Employees" This training will help employees create an inclusive and diverse workplace. Topics may include unconscious bias, cultural sensitivity, and recognizing and addressing discriminatory behavior.
 
  • "Navigating Stress in the School District: A Comprehensive Stress Management Training" This training will help employees recognize and manage the physical and emotional signs of stress. Topics may include recognizing signs of stress, identifying sources of stress, and coping strategies.
 
  • "Resolving Conflict in Schools: A Training Guide for District and Departmental Employees" This training will help employees learn how to effectively handle and resolve conflicts. Topics may include communication and negotiation strategies, assertiveness, and active listening.​

  • "imPERFECT PARENT" ~ Through 3 sessions this program shows appreciation for parents through engaging and supportive activities including: 1 of 3. Parenting Strategies "Building Bridges to Effective Parent-Child Communication"  This session helps parents learn how to effectively communicate with their children in order to better understand their needs and ensure that they are receiving the support they need to succeed. 2 of 3. Increasing Intrinsic Motivation "Empowering Parents to Foster Positive Behaviors in their Children"  This session helps parents learn how to foster positive behaviors in their children, such as motivation and confidence,  which can lead to better academic performance. 3 of 3. Mental Health Awareness "Parenting Through Stress and Anxiety" This session helps parents learn how to recognize signs of stress and anxiety in themselves and their children and how to cope with these feelings. 3 sessions (1 hr) onsite. **Each session is available separately
