Dear You,
My name is Justin Tutt and I am an investor. However I don't invest into stocks and bonds. My currency is in people and their dreams. I carry a passion for leadership and helping our next generation discover their potential. Over the years, I have launched 100's of programs geared towards community enrichment and development initiatives for thousands of at-risk youth through my non-profit www.k4kinc.com.
This leadership position served as my mentor; as I invested and developed others, silently I was developed and invested into as well. News about my youth programs spread quickly and soon I was invited to speak about my experiences. My leadership skills took a shift. It transformed into public speaking.
As a motivational speaker, I inspire confidence, activate leadership potential, and equip all for life beyond the classroom. Through my simple and impactful blend of storytelling, life lessons and hard-hitting principles, I create customized models of leadership specific to schools and organizations. My energetic personality is contagious and allows me to communicate to audiences of all ages: elementary, middle, high school, university, and adult groups.
I am The Man In The Black Chucks unafraid to deliver my passion for leadership and inspire our next generation to discover their potential. I am ready to combine efforts and invest in your groups’ ability to become effective leaders and positively influence society.

Dear you,
I raised my hand when I had questions
I sat in the front row because I was too cool for glasses
I always rode in the back of the bus where all the trouble happens
And helped out my friends whenever the teacher was actin
I ate school lunches for free
And wore the same clothes twice a week
See that was me...
"I'm that kid"
